ambulance, appliances, blood products, burns, dislocations,
dismemberment, emergency dental work, emergency room treatment, eye
injuries, fractures, hospital admission, hospital confinement,
hospital ICU confinement, lacerations, lodging, major diagnostic
exams, physician’s office or urgent care, skin grafts, unintentional
gunshot wound, prosthetic devices, medical ruptured disc surgery,
rotator cuff surgery, abdominal or thoracic surgery, exploratory
surgery and transportation.
