employees in California for more than 35 years.
Dick Rahn started the firm in 1963 to address the insurance
needs of people working in the field of education -
specifically employees of the Community Colleges in
California.
Scott Lucas is now the President of JCI. Dick Rahn worked
closely with Scott Lucas to insure his high standards would
continue for another 35 years. Our offices are open 9 am to
5 pm Monday through Friday |
